The Bright Pups Promise
Before you book, this is what I commit to you.
✅ I will meet your dog before I walk them.
Every new dog gets a free home visit. I want to understand how they communicate before I have responsibility for them. No exceptions.
✅ I will never walk more than four dogs at once.
Group walks at Bright Pups are never packs. Four dogs is the maximum, and only when I know the dogs are compatible.
✅ I will send you a photograph and a note after every visit.
Not when I remember. Every time. You should know your dog had a good day.
✅ I will tell you if anything concerned me.
If your dog seemed off, anxious, or unwell during a visit, I will contact you the same day. You will not find out through inference.
✅ I will treat your home with the same respect I would want for my own.
I am a keyholder. I understand what that means. I will never cancel on the day without arranging cover.
✅ Life happens. If I am ever genuinely unable to honour a booking, I will contact you immediately and help you find appropriate cover.
If I ever fall short of these commitments, I want to hear from you.
